This is 2 weeks before and after on your 1M makeover plan. I’m done some of my own meals since its been a bit easier for me. But I followed most of the diet, and all of the exercises! I gotta say I’m super happy and feeling absolutely amazing. I feel stronger then ever!!!

Also a great outlook, adding in your own healthy meals throughout the plan is 100% fine because it’s a kickstart to your healthy LIFESTYLE, not just a quick fix, so I’m so so proud of you and your mindset ?? I joined Weight Watchers and it CHANGED my whole life.

CW: 168.8
GW: 130

With WW it was a lifestyle change. And, still is!!! But, it’s nice to see progress. Mine has been slow. Jan-July. Its really a matter of how much I was willing to change.

Facial difference after a while of some ups and downs with weight loss 🙂 

Around 74kg in the first pic, taken when I was 14 and before I started exercising and eating healthy. 5 days before my 15th birthday I decided to change and lost about 15 kilos in 5 months, then another 3-5 kilos in the following months. I’ve been gaining some back over the years and need some more motivation to lose it again! Second pic was taken at around 64kg.

Highest weight: 76kg

Lowest weight: 57kg

Current: 63kg

Goal: 55kg
