Just went on a 4 mile run ? Kitty stayed home ? also did 60 minutes of running on the elliptical this morning! This amount of cardio is unheard of for me ? I never before would have had the energy, but being vegan now I have abundant energy ?? also can’t wait till this brown grass is green ?
