1st Hump Day of 2017!!!  Happy Hump Day!  XOXO

If you didn’t know you can follow me here and on IG both @shelleysicfit

A little TBT and HumpDay all in one!  Let me know your thoughts peeps, ‘cause I’m curious.  This pic is probably when I was at or close to my tiniest.  Do you like this size on me or prefer me with just a little more curve and meat?  XOXO

Instead of telling me what weights I need/can buy, she tells me to buy her book. Just proves that charlottewinslowfitness is all about profit, and not about actually helping people.

I usually don’t reblog stuff like this but if you read my answer, I literally answer your question and tell you how to make it work and how I specifically make it work if you don’t have weights… I have gone out of my way to make my eBooks possible for people who are low income and/or don’t have access to weights. I’m from a poor family too and I didn’t have access to gyms and $$$$fancy$$ gym equipment to buy. Jeez, I started my journey when I was a 13 year old because of weight I gained from being deathly ill, and we live an hour away from the closest gym (which I did not have a membership to) and on 40 acres in the country in a mobile home! You gotta do what you can which is why I specifically have options for everyone. ?

I will answer you again since you didn’t think my answer was enough: the Booty Booster requires no weights at all. The One Month Makeover has options for weights, you can still do most portions weight free. But there is specifically a DIY (do it yourself) weights section in the program to cheaply CREATE your own weights at home. What id say is start out with no weights, and work your way up starting with the smallest DIY weights option and work your way up.

I cant give out all of the details of what’s literally in the program or else I’m cheating myself and just giving it out for free. I’m really trying to be as helpful as I possibly can. I didn’t tell you what weights to buy because that’s unnecessary expense costs for you when there is a whole section on DIY weights. Maybe you were unsure of what I meant by DIY weights? I don’t even know at this point ?

I get many asks a day but really try to answer them to my best ability, I’m sorry if you didn’t think that was the case, but trust me, I’m not this money hungry evil human you think I am. I wish you luck on your journey whether it’s my program or not, and hope you will find the same motivation I had when starting my journey to make it work despite any odds.

Toast is everything. Especially when topped with avocado, greens, and homemade baked beans. Sourdough is my favourite though, a good, white sourdough smothered in vegan butter makes my mouth water. I also love making my own garlic bread, and what’s even better is making garlic bread and then using that bread to make an extra delicious sandwich.

Before and after. Happy, healthy and confident in myself ??

Self love and body positivity is so important. Especially in an age where photoshop and air brushing is so common. So here’s me… happy, healthy and 100% unedited. I have stretchmarks, cellulite and rolls but that’s just how my body is. Everybody is different and unique and shouldn’t feel the need to conform to the image society has created for us. Flaunt what you have with confidence and pride because you are all beautiful ❤
