I have submitted before, but I have changed a lot since then and I thought what’s the harm in showing people what the body is capable of! I did this through diet and exercise. I lost 55 pounds and then gained back 10 in muscle over a year and a half. I could not be more proud of myself and the change I have seen! Sometimes it’s hard and you think you are still the same, but looking at these before and afters makes all the difference.
