Dinner: big leaf lettuce salad with either a tahini or homemade raw Caesar dressing, with ยฝ-1 avocado and cucumber
Snacks: salted cucumber slices with tahini
*edit: I also have lime water in the morning ~1 liter (I like limes way better than lemons lol), a bottle worth of homemade kombucha, and green tea or coffee with homemade mylk in the morning. Recently Iโve been having an anti-parasitic tea halfway through the day as well to help with cleansing.
โค๏ธ thatโs a โusualโ day for me but right now a bit different because of my wisdom teeth removal, Iโve been having homemade potato soup for dinner & now that I can eat solid foods I gave into my veggie burger cravings ๐
