I am officially 192.6 pouns!! Which means I’m 9.4 pounds down total! 🥳

I’m not going to lie, I was a little anxious for this weigh in. It was my first week back to classes and although I know my diet has been great ( thank you meal preps ) and I have been running, any change in routine can be a little scary until you get into it!

Also, I’m feeling myself a little bit! I’m only 5’2″ so almost ten pounds has made a big difference on my body! I still have fat to lose (of course), but I’m feeling great!! 💞
