Weigh-in #2!!

I am officially 192.6 pouns!! Which means I’m 9.4 pounds down total! 🥳

I’m not going to lie, I was a little anxious for this weigh in. It was my first week back to classes and although I know my diet has been great ( thank you meal preps ) and I have been running, any change in routine can be a little scary until you get into it!

Also, I’m feeling myself a little bit! I’m only 5’2″ so almost ten pounds has made a big difference on my body! I still have fat to lose (of course), but I’m feeling great!! đź’ž

How do you edit your photos? They always look so good!

Finding the perfect editing style was the hardest thing ever but I’m so glad I did. I’ve literally gained so many followers by just making sure all my posts were a consistent theme. They’ve helped me gain like 7k followers on IG.

Now that we’ve gotten some lazy weeks out of the way, time to take care of yourself before you’re swallowed into an abyss of sadness and body odour.

Get up and MOVE. I don’t care if it’s just 10 jumping jacks. Get off your couch.

Stimulate your brain. Read, listen to a podcast, do a puzzle. I don’t care. Do something. 

Eat something healthy. I know we’re all stocked up on non-perishables, but that doesn’t mean you can’t eat some peas.

Put in the tiniest bit of effort and make sure to take care of yourself, no matter how small.Â
