Thanks! I refuse to take any hormonal form of contraception, I’ve had a copper IUD for over a year now. I’ve gained 10lbs (95➡️105lbs) because I’m more lax with my plantbased diet now, I eat seafood when I travel with my boyfriend. Also my body maturing as I get older! 🙂
How long will it take for me to get to 110lbs from 234lbs (I’m 5’4)
Honestly I wouldn’t say to give yourself a time restriction, with a bigger goal it’s better to not limit yourself and your time 🙂 a good couple years and you’ll have made sooo so much progress from now if you start, you’ll be a changed person mentally and physically 🥰
