Breakfast: 1/3-½ watermelon with mint (in a smoothie)
Lunch: 4 frozen bananas with orange juice (creamsicle banana icecream https://youtu.be/RtKhsq8GFmg )
Dinner: big leaf lettuce salad with either a tahini or homemade raw Caesar dressing, with ½-1 avocado and cucumber
Snacks: salted cucumber slices with tahini
*edit: I also have lime water in the morning ~1 liter (I like limes way better than lemons lol), a bottle worth of homemade kombucha, and green tea or coffee with homemade mylk in the morning. Recently I’ve been having an anti-parasitic tea halfway through the day as well to help with cleansing.
❤️ that’s a ‘usual’ day for me but right now a bit different because of my wisdom teeth removal, I’ve been having homemade potato soup for dinner & now that I can eat solid foods I gave into my veggie burger cravings 😂
