In saying that, it’s important to understand everyone is different and at different stages of their fitness journey. So do not compare your intensity to mine, your friend or anyone else at the gym – just do YOUR best, that’s all that matters!

In non-yoga related news: When your roommate doesn’t have morning swim practice and makes oatmeal with you…… It gets PRETTTY lit. Mines the one where you almost can’t recognize the oats cause of all the peanut butter ? #locateyourchillGeorgina – Try it! Just cook oats + water + a splash of @lovemysilk vanilla cashew milk. Top with fruit + cinnamon + peanut butter. Simple goodness ???
