– The One Month Makeover (either version!) are programs I created that I used when I lost weight❤️lots of people think I’m naturally slim, but ive actually lost over 40lbs! I need to post a before and after soon, now that I think of it? It has both meals and workouts for each day of the week 🙂 and *yes, you can follow it longer than just 1 Month! Each are uniquely different with of course a completely different meal plan AND different workout variations ?? .
– The Booty Booster is a 30 day booty building, toning, growing, aaaaand lifting program, with over 90+ unique booty exercises ? They are quick, yet effective daily workouts! I also built the program so that it does not build or grow the thighs??♀️ It specifically targets the glutes! But if you are wanting to build the thighs, you can always add in some deadlifts and leg press ? .
– & last but not least… my new Cookbook Purely Plantbased ?? I’ve been Plantbased/vegan for 3 years now, and this ebook has all of my favorite healthy, yet delicious, recipes in it?
