
This is my gym bag! I’ve had it for about 10 years now and it’s held up nicely. I also like that it doesn’t have any cardboard on the bottle so I can throw it in the washing machine whenever it gets dirty.
I found it hard to find one the right size because I wanted something big enough that can hold a change of clothes and my gym gear without being a massive duffle bag.

What’s inside:
-Lifting belt
-Knee braces
-Wrist wraps
-Lifting straps
-Notebook: I keep track of all my workouts. I always forget the weight I’ve done or how many reps. It’s also a great way to track progress. If I’m feeling discouraged, I can go back to old notebooks and look at how far I’ve come.
-iPod shuffle
-Small towel: some gyms require that you bring a towel, so I always keep on in there. It’s also great for if there aren’t any bar pads and you want to do barbell hip thrusts.
-Extra headphones: Because it’s the absolute worst when you’ve forgotten them or if they break mid-workout. I keep really cheap ones that aren’t the best quality but they’ll do in a pinch.
-Chapstick
-Extra headband & extra hairtie
-Gum: I clench my teeth when I concentrate so I chew gum so my nice teeth don’t end up as little nubs.

I also pack this extra stuff if I plan on boxing:
-Jump rope
-Boxing wraps
-MMA gloves
-Athletic tape: I tape my fingers on any area that rubs my gloves so I don’t rub my skin off.
