Woke up feeling like garbage, but this smoothie has changed my tune. It’s a pretty basic one today, but sometimes the basics are the best 🤷🏽♀️
Today’s smoothie includes:
• 3 cups strawberries
• 3 bananas
• 1/4tsp cinnamon
• 2 cups coconut milk
• 1 cup water
• 3 handfuls kale
• 2tbsp chia seedsI’m not a big banana fan, but I can tolerate them in this smoothie! This smoothie also; is a grey source of antioxidants, improves energy level, helps burn stubborn fat, and boosts metabolism! Everything I need basically LOL
