It’s getting super hot in Sydney so salads and açaí bowls are my life right now 🙃 In my bowl I’ve got a lentil beetroot salad, mixed salad with sprouts, spinach, carrot, tomato and cabbage, dressed with a tahini dressing, crispy bbq tempeh and some beet and ginger sauerkraut from @loveyourguts.co 👌 Quick and easy to make and exactly what I needed on a 36 degree day 🔥
