1st gym session of 2019 ??

Hi all. Some of you have been asking how my weight loss journey has been going. I’m going to be absolutely honest and say not very well. I believe we all go through hurdles where we have so much on and so little energy to focus on physical fitness. That is currently what I am experiencing at the moment.

But nevertheless, I am still positive about my journey and understand that sometimes one must stray from the path to relearn the importance of the journey.

I still stick to a healthy diet (where possible). It’s that time of year where food and nights out are around every corner and I’ve always been the one to say, if you want those fries, God damn it, eat those fries!! Life’s to short!

I still love me and love my curves and go to the gym, home workout and walk where I can. Just not as heavily regimented as it once was and that’s fine! Live and enjoy your life! ???
