I’ve lost over fifty pounds throughout my college career. It was a long, bumpy road. For a long time, I wanted to be perfect. I strived to be a size two. However the older I got, the more I realized there’s nothing wrong with a size 6. This is who I am, this is my body, and this is my new, healthy life. 

210 lbs – high 150’s. Size 16-Size 6. Senior in HS vs Senior in college,

I lift weights, do hiit training, cycling, and barre.
