It depends on the workout! Lots of heavy weight lifting WILL make you bulky. Certain places bulk depending on the exercises you do. Strength training is necessary for posture, support, strength, and tone, but it is false to say that all power exercises will not bulk you. Or else how are some women bulky? Power heavy weight lifting exercises lol. Dont scare away women from weight lifting but also dont falsely lead them towards workouts that wont give them the physique theyre going for. If you want to get bulky and really muscular, do that heavy lifting! 🙂 Just this post suggests its for women who dont want to be bulky, which very heavy weight low rep weight lifting will bring bulk to a womans body. Thats why so many weight lifters (both men and women alike) on Instagram for ex are bulky.

Thats actually exactly why you should take a rest day… I hate messages like this especially in the weight lifting community. Youre going to permanently damage your joints and destroy your body 🙁 your body NEEDS to rest! Stop this nonsense, listen to your body and rest. rest is what helps you heal and actually grow stronger! x

Are you a fellow cereal lover? Most of my breakfasts are either oats or smoothie bowls, but sometimes I do crave a giant bowl of cereal. Along with all the fruit and coconut yoghurt, I added my favourite @freedomfoods cereals, homemade granola and chocolate rawnola. There was a stage in my life when I became a cereal addict and could not stop eating cereal. It was fun while it lasted but eventually I ate so much I finally got sick of it. Now I enjoy my cereal on a less regular basis, which means it taste extra good and delicious when I do eat it.
