It depends on the workout! Lots of heavy weight lifting WILL make you bulky. Certain places bulk depending on the exercises you do. Strength training is necessary for posture, support, strength, and tone, but it is false to say that all power exercises will not bulk you. Or else how are some women bulky? Power heavy weight lifting exercises lol. Dont scare away women from weight lifting but also dont falsely lead them towards workouts that wont give them the physique theyre going for. If you want to get bulky and really muscular, do that heavy lifting! 🙂 Just this post suggests its for women who dont want to be bulky, which very heavy weight low rep weight lifting will bring bulk to a womans body. Thats why so many weight lifters (both men and women alike) on Instagram for ex are bulky.
