I don’t even know them my love lol. All I know is in jeans I am 23/24 waist! But otherwise I do not measure myself. I think I was ~100lbs last time I weighed myself
~2 months for you following my ebooks!❤️ following the recipes in Purely Plantbased alone with only light exercise, I think you could reach your goal too. Sustaining the weight I am now and how I lost those few extra pounds, has really just been my plant based diet with moderate exercise at this point.
