~2 months for you following my ebooks!❤️ following the recipes in Purely Plantbased alone with only light exercise, I think you could reach your goal too. Sustaining the weight I am now and how I lost those few extra pounds, has really just been my plant based diet with moderate exercise at this point. Also having kombucha daily or probiotics ANDDDD having the banana ice cream recipes each in the morning (so choose from them for one a day in the morning!) is a staple for me to fill me up and add in digestion and weight loss. 🙂 I need to do more fitness updates because I really have transformed my health and wellbeing since recovering from my depression and binge eating, and since then I’ve really had the chance to hyperfocus on really healthy diet without emotional eating getting in the way❤️ http://www.charlottewinslow.com/store/c1/Featured_Products.html
