need to start my strength training workouts from the One Month Makeover again because I’m skinny, bUT my abs are becoming weak from just running 🤣
However, core activation when doing ANY kind of exercise (including running!) or activity, makes a huge difference. Even hauling boxes or something, if you put the weight in your abs and muscles instead of your joints, it makes a huge difference. 💪🏻
