After 18 months of hard work at the gym and in the kitchen, I’m finally at a stage where I am happy with the way I look.
I cut out junk food and fizzy drinks, and introduced cleaner foods and a lot of water. As well as sorting my diet, I’ve been going to the gym 3 times a week to burn the fat I had and build the muscle i so desperately wanted. I’ve pushed myself further than I ever thought I could go, discovering how strong I really am.
To anyone looking for motivation, just think about how good you will look in 6 months, 1 year or 2 years from now. It’ll make it all worth it. Just like this picture does for me.
