Are you actually full on your diet? Like I know I need to cut back to lose, but are you satisfied eating what’s on the one month plan?

The intake on the One Month Makeovers are not restrictive, if you’re ever still hungry I even say in it that you should feel free to add in extra snacks or bigger portions! 🙂 I actually eat less quantity wise now than i did when I first went vegan and wrote the ebook haha
