I bought your plan about a year ago and have been using it on and off, but three months ago I really committed to and and I have officially lost 20lbs going from 170lbs to 150lbs! I am also completely vegan now. Thank you charlotte for inspiring and motivating me to work towards my dream body! I have 15 more pounds to lose before I am at my goal weight!
