Hi Charlotte! I was feeling kind of down today after a few days away from the gym, so I decided to inspire myself with a progress photo from your One Month Makeover Vegan plan!

I started your plan Dec 27th 2015, almost exactly a month ago. I gained about 20 lbs of excess weight after recovering from 10+ years of eating disorders and having a stress-related ulcer in August. I was beginning to resort to unhealthy techniques to try to lose the weight from recovery. I desperately started browsing fitness blogs and came across your plan and decided to try the vegan option since I was already a vegetarian. SO! Here is how your plan literally changed my life forever! :
Using your plan I found out that I am lactose intolerant. Never been tested for it, but as soon as I cut out the dairy to follow your recipes I stopped having severe stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting every day, which I had always assumed was related to ED’s. Nope. I’m lactose intolerant. So immediately I was relieved of the physical pain I have been experiencing for 20 years. Ridiculous, right? Somehow your plan was the cure for what no doctor, or myself, was ever able to figure out.
The results? Following your recipes and workout plans I have lost 10 pounds in one month!!!!! My body looks and feels amazing! I feel energized and confident and strong and I can’t wait to continue! I am going to continue your plan in February and see if I can lose that last 10 lbs by Spring time 🙂 So, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
