I also built the program so that it does not build or grow the thighs?? It specifically targets the glutes! But if you are wanting to build the thighs, you can always add in some deadlifts and leg press ? .
– & last but not least… my new Cookbook Purely Plantbased ?? I’ve been Plantbased/vegan for 3 years now, and this ebook has all of my favorite healthy, yet delicious, recipes in it?
