making sure to eat a very hearty breakfast before a busy day of uni and appointments – I’m seeing a naturopath this afternoon, crossing my fingers she’ll be able to help me improve my immune system and sort my bod out a bit.
Anyway, for breakfast I’m having two slices of sourdough toast with avo, lemon, salt and pepper, and a protein smoothie made with @whitewolfnutrition iced coffee protein powder and @superfeast medicinal mushrooms – SO DELISH! ☕️
