Hello ☺️ I’m 5’6 201-202 lbs and I wanna start off with going down to 180? I try and do your full workout plus at least 10-20 min of HIIT cardio 4 days a week and moderate cardio the remaining 3 ☺️

Babe that would be incredible !!❤️ but please take at least one day a week off for rest, especially if you’re just starting out 🙂 it won’t slow your progress down at all, if anything it will speed it up since you’ll have time to recover!
