I was really, really sick.
I want to say it was a cold, but it may have been a flu. I got the flu shot, but it still happened.
(Say what you want about vaccinations., but i’m going to do everything possible to protect my patients.)
Anyways, I was sick for WEEKS. I lost weight because I could only eat soup for 2 weeks.
The point of this post is that I got back into the gym as soon as it was safe for me and everyone else. My legs were weak and my butt was small, but I was in there working hard.
I’m also adding a picture about how I actually felt being in the gym below. It isn’t all sunshine and daisies and that’s okay!
