I’m 4’11 and that was me at my highest at 187lbs, and now at 143lbs. (Before-2012, During-Now).
I want to get down to 123lbs-119lbs. As you can see I have pretty thick ass thighs, but I’d like to maintain my curves and build muscle while getting rid of some fat.
I just joined the gym for the first time in almost 3 years! So wish me luck 🙂
