A NOURISH BOWL a day keeps the doctor away✌??? and keeps me feeling energised, satisfied + strong.
Yesterday’s edition was a super simple Mexican-themed one? I added brown rice, black beans, purple cabbage, carrot, lettuce + cucumber, with a dollop of raw cashew sour cream?
One common misconception in society is that healthy or #vegan food is complicated, takes ages to prepare and uses fancy, expensive ingredients.
In reality, this couldn’t be further from the truth. You can make the most nourishing, wholesome + delicious healthy meals from staple foods like whole grains, legumes + veggies??
And that’s why nourish bowls are my favourite ~ you can literally throw in any leftovers, veggies + other foods you have at home to make the best meals. Full of flavour, different textures + nutrient goodness.
