I think most of us have big goals and massive to-do lists. It can get really overwhelming! Sometimes the to-do list is so long you almost want to throw the whole thing out.
Just take one step at a time. Do one thing at a time.
Keep yourself from getting overwhelmed by saying “okay, what needs to be done today? or this morning?” Break down your list. Some things can wait. Then just tackle those. Even if it’s small stuff, you’ll start to feel better and you might be ready for some of the bigger stuff.
