1 month progress! Your One Month Makeover has done some wonders, and im finally able to get back to the weight i use to be. I’m 5’2 and use to weigh 136.2. Now, after the one month makeover, i am at 126.2 pounds! 10 pounds lost in total. Thank you! I’m still going to keep it up for this upcoming month.

Since starting my health journey using your One Month Makeover about 8 months ago, i have lost 60 lbs!!! I can’t thank you enough for the motivation. Still have a bit to go, but i’m the most confident i’ve ever felt in my life <3

I bought your plan about a year ago and have been using it on and off, but three months ago I really committed to and and I have officially lost 20lbs going from 170lbs to 150lbs! I am also completely vegan now. Thank you charlotte for inspiring and motivating me to work towards my dream body! I have 15 more pounds to lose before I am at my goal weight!

The before pic was at my heaviest over 200 lbs. I’ve had a lot of up and downs over the last year. I’ve been following your One Month Makeover loosely for about 6 months. I know I’ve lost around 30 lbs but I don’t really pay attention to the scale. You, your plan, and your blog have been a huge inspiration and a constant motivation for me.
