I had started your one month makeover a week or so ago and 3 days into it I got sick and had to take 6 days off in order to heal and get better and then started it right back up again. I am so freaking amazed at the results I am getting from your fitness program and food plan. Your program is so awesome and it a total kick butt workout for me! I am seeing amazing results as you can see! I am seeing lots of definition and best of all I have dropped a dress size! The top picture was at my heaviest. 299.6. Second picture I was at 274. Last pictures I am currently at 269.4!!!! Thank you so much for all your hard work and how much you help people! Because I am proud to say that you have helped me immensely! I don’t think I would’ve gotten this far on my own! Thank you so much! More progress pictures to come! I hope to be able to inspire others to check out your fitness plans because they are FREAKING AWESOME! and I LOVE THE WORKOUTS AND RECIPES!!!!
