I look bad but THANK YOU! My tummy is finally flat. Id never thought I could beat that lower belly pooch, but with the help of your One Month Makeover, I was able to. I can even see abs coming in. Theres still a lot of work to do, but I’m super happy considering this was a little under four weeks. My life is really changing for the better, I’m so much more happy

I’m 4’11 and that was me at my highest at 187lbs, and now at 143lbs. (Before-2012, During-Now).
I want to get down to 123lbs-119lbs. As you can see I have pretty thick ass thighs, but I’d like to maintain my curves and build muscle while getting rid of some fat.
I just joined the gym for the first time in almost 3 years! So wish me luck 🙂
