What foods should you avoid because they have too much fat?

I wouldn’t per say avoid high fat foods, just eat them in smaller quantities!
Fat is GOOD for your body – our bodies need fat! You just need to eat foods with good fat, such as nuts/seeds, avocado, peanut/sunflower oil, even some green leafy plants have some good fatty acids!
Stay away from bad fats, such as animal products and byproducts of animals and high fat processed foods.
