Feel amazing with this lower body move.

Start with your feet hip width apart. Begin the move by pushing your leg back, while activating your glutes into a kick style motion. Lower your body down into a squatting position and rise up to the starting position once again. 

Alternate between each leg after and aim for around 10-20 reps on each side, for 3 sets.
