This exercise is great if you are trying to target your lower body while mastering your balance and coordination!
The crossover lunge is a great lower body workout which uses your glutes, hamstrings and quads.
Try this workout by starting in a standing position. Take a step out and move across your body while slowly bending your back leg into a lunge position. Squeeze your glutes for balance and use your arms if you are finding this tricky.
Try this exercise on each leg – 3 reps of 15 for each leg.
