What’s In My One Month Makeover? ? (Omnivore OR Vegan)
I get so many people asking what’s actually in my plan, so here is a run down 🙂
It’s a weight loss plan I follow & have created to help myself and others lose weight, and to strengthen & tone specifically the abs, glutes (butt), and inner thighs. It’s 24 pages with workouts for each day of the week from Monday-Sunday, & you follow/repeat it for a month. ❤️ It comes in both omnivore and vegan versions, depending on which one you want! You can follow it for even longer than a month. 🙂 I named it the One Month Makeover because I suggest people to follow it for at LEAST a month and that’s when most are sending in their progress pictures, but many are following it for longer and you can follow it for as long as you’d like ❤️ I’ve had people see substantial results as early as one week! These are the exact meals and workouts I do. Here is a rundown of what’s in it:
– Introduction & my weight loss story
– Tips on being vegan (only in the vegan option)
– Complete meals and snacks for Monday-Sunday
– Exact workouts and exercises for Monday-Sunday, with pictures of how to perform the exercises on the same page so you don’t have to flip back & forth when working out

– DIY weights for people who don’t have access to a gym and want to be able to perform all the exercises in the comfort of their own home without having to buy any excess equipment

I think most of us have ever been like “I’m worth getting to know. Why won’t other people give me a chance?”
You’re absolutely right. Other people should put in the effort to get to know the real you.
We’re so caught up in thinking these things about ourselves that we forget about other people. We don’t always give them a good chance. We don’t get to know the real person. A lot of times we go by first impressions and things we’ve heard about them.
I don’t know about you, but pretty much all rumours I’ve heard about myself and others are completely false.
I’m not saying to be best friends with everybody. That’s just unrealistic.
I’m just saying you should push aside what you’ve heard and take the time to actually get to know them. Make your own decision about people.
It might end up saving your butt in the end.

I felt like a skinni qween ok ?? I talk about my binge eating disorder in my video about my depression that’s up on my channel too. I’m going to do a whole other video specifically about my BED, but I do touch on it in this video! Well not this specific video of my waist, but the one on my YouTube channel haha. Even when I was in the midst of my BED, I was skinny since it was vegan food I was binging on, but I was CONSTANTLY bloated, lethargic, and fatigued from being constantly filled to the brim and emotionally eating my feelings and gravitating to food as a pleasure center instead of the healing amenity that food can truly be. I have so much more energy now, and can actually push myself in my workouts without keeling over from cramps because of how extremely full my belly was.
