Hey:) i got a question: i have lost a lot of weight and i am actually close to my gw but somehow since i realised that i cant stop eating? Like a lot of sweets and at Night binging and Its just super frustrating because i am Standing in my Own way so much. Its Almost like a Part of me dont want to reach it? ( Its Not unhealthy it is a normal Weight, i am not Starving or am underweight)

Hey doll! First of all congrats on your weight loss. Maybe it has to do with not eating enough? Maybe you don’t eat enough foods to keep your body running and that is why you binge and eat sweets, especially at night. I suggest you meal prep your meals for a couple of days, get rid of all the junk you got in your house and be positive, you got this! ?

One thing at a time

I think most of us have big goals and massive to-do lists. It can get really overwhelming! Sometimes the to-do list is so long you almost want to throw the whole thing out. 

Just take one step at a time. Do one thing at a time. 

Keep yourself from getting overwhelmed by saying “okay, what needs to be done today? or this morning?” Break down your list. Some things can wait. Then just tackle those. Even if it’s small stuff, you’ll start to feel better and you might be ready for some of the bigger stuff.
