Do you want to work your abs and obliques? The cross body crunch is sure to use your core!
Start by lying on your back with your knees slightly bent towards your body. Place your hands on either side of your head. Activate your core by lifting your knee and elbow simultaneously towards each other. Return back to the starting position and alternate sides.
This is a great bodyweight exercise for those looking for a beginner to intermediate challenge.
