gurl, I am so curious about your diet plans but i am physically disabled and if there’s hella exercise involved I really won’t be able to use it

meeeee when I had viral meningitis and pneumonia !? I wish I had known about plantbased back then :(( you can absolutely lose weight and get as healthy as u can with no exercise whatsoever! If you are able to walk, it never hurts to get in some cardio but if u can’t, that’s ok too!! For you I would definitely recommend my Purely Plantbased cookbook at the least to transition you into that style of eating. If it is too much cooking, honestly I would say to go high raw vegan! So basically eating lots of fruits, monomfruit meals, banana ice cream, juices, salads, avocado, nuts every so often etc etc. The body naturally burns fat this way and digestion is just so supreme plus it can be so easy to just live this way. 🙂 http://www.charlottewinslow.com/store/p23/Purely_Plantbased_Cookbook.html
