Okay. So I’m short, I have big hips, big thighs and a large chest. Doctors say I’m overweight and need to lose weight. What do I say? Fuck em! I am healthy, confident and eat well. I do not need ANYONE to tell me what I need to do or need to feel....

We often forget to take care of how we feel because we can’t see that. A healthy looking exterior does not mean a happy interior.

Hey lovelies,

A few days ago I mentioned that I was starting back at my blog and that I wanted to take it in a new direction. The aim of my blog has always been to focus on health. Previously that ideal of health was mostly focused on physical health. Now, I want to focus more on overall health. 

I decided to do this post on meditation because it is something that I started doing this year and it has had a positive impact on my life.
